What do I need to bring with me for my appointment?admin2023-06-16T04:14:39+00:00
It is difficult to quote a fee because all patients have unique needs that correlate to different services. At your appointment, as part of your individualised treatment plan, your dentist will discuss fees with you, making sure you are fully informed. We have the HICAPS system which ensures you receive instant rebate from your health insurance company. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
*Please bring your health insurance card, as we can not process the claim for you unless we have the physical card.
Why do I need xrays?admin2023-06-16T04:15:24+00:00
There are parts of your teeth, like between teeth and underneath existing fillings, that are impossible for a dentist to see with just their eyes. Dental x-rays allow your dentist to thoroughly assess the condition of your teeth, which will translate to the most appropriate treatment for you.

My tooth was knocked out, what should I do?admin2023-06-16T04:16:04+00:00
Firstly, don’t panic. If the whole tooth is out of its socket, pick it up, avoiding touching the root and rinse it with milk or water, for a couple of seconds. Now, carefully put it back into it’s position in your mouth. Now come see us ASAP. Your tooth has a higher chance of surviving the sooner you see a dentist.
If part of your tooth is chipped, keep it moist, and visit us ASAP so your dentist can see if the broken part can be re-attached. If you’ve lost it, don’t panic. We can take care of this too. Give us a call on (03) 9347 2033.
